Junior Estimator
Tanggung Jawab ✔ Menyusun BOQ, Quantity Take Off, dan RAB berdasarkan gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis. ✔ Menghitung volume pekerjaan sipil, arsitektur, dan MEP. ✔ Melakukan survei harga material dan upah proyek. ✔ Membantu penyusunan dokumen tender dan penawaran harga. ✔ Berkoordinasi dengan tim engineering, procurement, dan project management. ✔ Memastikan estimasi biaya dan volume proyek akurat serta tepat waktu. Kualifikasi ✔ Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau jurusan terkait. ✔ Pengalaman 0–2 tahun sebagai Estimator, QS, Cost Control, atau Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar. ✔ Mampu membaca gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis. ✔ Memahami BOQ, RAB, AHSP, dan perhitungan volume konstruksi. ✔ Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan AutoCAD. ✔ Teliti, analitis, serta mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim. ✔ Bersedia melakukan kunjungan lapangan apabila diperlukan. Nilai Tambah ⭐ Menguasai Microsoft Project atau software estimasi konstruksi. ⭐ Memahami proses tender proyek swasta maupun pemerintah. ⭐ Berpengalaman pada proyek gedung, interior, renovasi, atau infrastruktur. Target Kinerja 🎯 BOQ dan RAB selesai sesuai target waktu. 🎯 Akurasi perhitungan volume minimal 95%. 🎯 Penawaran proyek tepat waktu sesuai deadline tender. 🎯 Mampu menyusun BOQ sederhana secara mandiri selama masa probation.
